Welcome to Carlisle Mason Investments

 Carlisle Mason Investments Limited is a New Zealand investment company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Carlisle Mason’s main holding company Retail Mix Limited was established in 2006 for the purpose of acquiring a portfolio of unlisted businesses based in New Zealand.

Acquisitions are generally made with a long term view. A key factor behind investment decisions is the ability for Carlisle Mason to add value to the business activities.

Carlisle Mason take a “hands on” approach to managing acquired businesses, and where possible centralize the financial and marketing functions to take advantage of existing Carlisle Mason infrastructure.

The Executive Directors, James Carlisle and Lynden Mason, welcome discussions with owners seeking to release some or all of the value in their business. We are also interested in discussing opportunities with investors.
